Recommend improvements for financial performances and manage long term financial forecasting process. Build strong internal relationships with business unit leaders, product management, marketing, finance, and sales to gain insight into operational developments and key assumptions used in financial models and forecasts. Perform financial modeling and productivity analyses to determine the dynamics that drive performance. Work on development of worldwide budgeting, forecasting and planning process for the small and medium business unit (SMB). Provide business leaders with feedback on company specific issues, competition and IT spending forecasts. Project manage and drive quarter-end metrics package preparation for executive meetings and related activities. Develop expense forecasting metrics, analyze and compile sales data and trends. Drive the development and implementation of medium and long-term strategic plans. Gather, analyze, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Drive the benchmarking performance and profitability analyses for the organization; evaluate return on investment for all financial proposals. Manage work across functions, departments or business operations. Participate in planning, developing and implementing process improvements. Responsible for operational decisions and goals that will affect costs, personnel, deadlines and business operations. Require- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or and 3 years work experience in job offered or in a finance related occupation.To apply
